However, the immigration policy has been Europe friendly. They allowed free flow of white Europeans during 19th and a good part of 20th century. No doubt that these Europeans who came also struggled initially.

I needed a few days to digest the argument I had last week with some members. I've been reading this entire thread since yesterday and it all make sense to me; it seems a very logic and smart thing to do, so count on me.

don`t worry about any arguments you had in past. I say sorry if some member say something wrong or unlogical. Please don`t waste your energy in negative thinking and come and help all of us and be our hero in this hard time. we are all here for same cause and we should be united as team and focus like a laser beam.
We need you and every member is most valueable part of IV and consider him or her right hand of core team.
I hope you got my point and let`s come and join us along with IV core team with this new option.

Between 2001 and 2004 all EB catagories were current for all countries (thanks to AC21 visa recapture). No one, (particularly Indians) cared about EB3 and EB2, till DOS indicated in Dec 2004 visa bulliton that EB3 India will retrogress in Jan 2005. Till that point (dec 2004) most of the labor filed are EB3 (75% is EB3 and 25% may be EB2). After Jan 2005, the filings were reverse. After Jan 2005, everyone tried to file EB2, unless they are not absolutly qualified for EB2. Till recent months, DOL was very liberal in approving LC with EB2 qualifications. Now it is difficult. Therefore EB2 India will move fast till Dec-2004 (unless most EB3 guys did not convert to EB2, by PD porting). After DEC-2004 it will be very-very slow.

Frankly I think that this lawyer is just posting provocative material to make himself popular. He has made many predictions and number of "useful" analysis in the past, most of which were found to be untrue. I used to read his posts until recently I figured out that the analysis was unreliable. This is just my opinion.
